Quality Check Verification
Ensure the underwear is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags and hygiene seals intact to qualify for a refund.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop the package at your nearest courier point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
